What Are Your Payment Options
These are the three methods that we use to clients who are seeking treatment for auto accident related issues.
PIP Claims
If you still have money in your PIP coverage we will bill your insurance directly.

What we need from you:
- Insurance information (found on intake forms)
- Up to date diagnosis and referral for massage from your primary care provider or qualified specialist.
3rd Party Claims
If you are seeking to bill the other party's insurance company directly for your care.
What we need from you:
- Insurance information (found on intake forms)
- Up to date diagnosis and referral for massage from your primary care provider or qualified specialist.
-Qualified legal representation for your claim.
You Pay and Seek Reimbursement
You pay as normal. The same you as for a non accident related issue. We will create a super bill, special receipt of care and payment, and you submit that to the insurance company for reimbursement. We strongly recommend you inform us at the beginning of care, if you plan on getting reimbursed.
